103: Cameron Kelly, Fr., Bellbrook: Freshman finished 45-1 and became school’s first state champion ever.

113: Nathan Tomasello, Jr., CVCA*: Country’s No. 1 ranked wrestler
won his third state title (first in D-II) and improved to 90-0 the last
two years.

120: George DiCamillo, Sr., St. Ignatius*: Virginia
recruit won second straight D-I state title and finished as four-time
placer. DiCamillo was 111-2 his last three years of high school
wrestling. He was unbeaten as a junior and senior. DiCamillo is ranked
No. 1 nationally.

126: Dean Heil, Jr., St. Edward*: Oklahoma
State verbal won his third D-I state title. Heil is 94-5 in his career
and was 34-1 this season.

132: Jacob Danishek, So., Dayton
Christian: Captured his second D-III state title and finished the season
50-3. He was 50-1 as a freshman.

138: Nate Skonieczny, Sr.,
Walsh Jesuit: Iowa recruit and nation’s No. 2 wrestler won his second
straight D-I state title. He was 140-1 the last three years and wrapped
his career with a 179-6 record. Skonieczny was state runner-up as a
sophomore and third as a freshman.

145: Anthony Collica, Jr., Solon: Won back-to-back D-I state titles and wrapped the season 44-3. He was 45-3 as a sophomore.

152:
Bo Jordan, Jr., Graham*: Ranked No. 1 nationally, Jordan won his third
D-II state title, finished the season 51-0 and improved to 133-1 in his
career.

160: Isaac Jordan, Sr., Graham*: The country’s No. 3
ranked wrestler won his third D-II state title and his finished his
senior campaign 49-0.

170: Mark Martin, Sr., St. Edward: Ohio
State recruit advanced to his third straight D-I state final and won his
second straight title en route to finishing the season 34-2.

182:
Chaz Gresham, Sr., Goshen: Ohio University recruit won his second
straight D-II state title and wrapped his senior season 32-0. Gresham
also finished third as a sophomore and eighth as a freshman.

195: JoJo Tayse, Jr., Massillon Perry: Two-time state placer wrapped a 42-2 season and won his first D-I state title.

220:
Ty Walz, Sr., St. Edward: Virginia Tech recruit made amends for last
year’s runner-up finish by capturing his first D-I state title. Walz
finished his senior campaign 35-3.

285: Nick Tavanello, Sr. ,
Wadsworth*: Ohio State commit and senior became just the third D-I
wrestler in state history to win three state titles at 215 or above
when he won D-I 285 title. The victory was also Tavanello’s 117th
straight against Ohio competition.

Michael Blackburn, Steubenville
A year after Big Red scored just two points at the state tournament, Blackburn guided Steubenville to a fifth place finish in D-II. Big Red had five placers, including Charlie Keenan who was runner-up at 195. Steubenville sent 13 wrestlers to districts and finished No. 2 in the final JJHuddle D-II Wrestling Power Poll.
