Friday from now until March 26, a new athlete will be released. Today's entry won four state titles to go with Ironman and Beast of
the East crowns. One postseason he also pinned every opponent he faced.

40. Lance Palmer, Lakewood St. Edward, Wrestling, 2002-2006: A four-time Ohio state champion, Palmer became just the second wrestler in state history to pin his way through the sectional, district and state tournaments (when he did so as a junior). Palmer capped his career with a 150-6 record and has Ironman and Beast of the East titles on his resume. Currently a senior at Ohio State, Palmer is a three-time All-American for the Buckeyes and his finished fourth at the national championships twice.
