Amber Boyd set a D-III record for three-point field goals in the state title game

A perfect season, 27-0, for the Regina Royals was the result of their 63-38 victory over Oak Hill in the D-III state championship contest.  It was the school's sixth state championship in just as many attempts.  Seniors Amber Boyd (23 points - 6 of 8 from 3pt. range), Riley McCormick (12 points) and Jackie Cook (9 points and 7 boards) led the Royals to their impressive win over the youthful Lady Oaks.
