I've lived in Wayne County for almost 5 years and that's the impression I've gotten. I would agree that Orrville-Wooster is probably regarded as the biggest game in the county, but you'll still get matchups between WCAL rivals that draw strong interest (Northwestern @ Norwayne this year, for example). It doesn't seem like the neighboring counties get as excited about Orrville-Wooster (Medina and Stark counties have numerous rivalry games, Tuscarawas County has Dover-New Philadelphia).
I also get the impression that Wayne County residents are very supportive of fellow county schools that do well. I went to the 100th meeting two years ago and it was moved to Saturday night so everyone in the county could come out and not have it conflict with their school's game. Also, that Friday was Norwayne-Hillsdale for the WCAL title and it seemed like everyone in the county was there too.
I still think it'll be a big deal seeing as it's still a rivalry game and Wooster is looking to end a 7 game skid against Orrville, but I don't know how much press it will get outside of Wayne County.
