Default Ohio Democrats introduce bill to effectively kill concealed carry in Ohio - 10-04-2012, 08:49 AM

Ohio legislators introduce bill to effectively killconcealed carry in Ohio. HB595 would essentially reverse current law, which allowsconcealed carry on private property unless a sign is posted requesting thatlaw-abiding CHL-holders stay out, and replace it with a requirement that CHLswould need to obtain permission to carry almost anywhere they go.

Obama should immediately be asked if he supports this.

Of course the would. Liberals hate the idea of personal liberty.

How about we pass the bill, fire all the cops and use the proceeds to buy everyone a gun.I feel a lot safer the way things are.Oh,but conservatives would then say that we're dependent on cops.Live by the sword..die by the sword. When people think it is necessary to carry guns for protection,it's qute obvious that they have personally given up on maintaining civilization in lieu of maintaining a jungle.I have no problem with people carrying guns.....because they're endangering themselves, all it takes is the right place at the wrong time or the wrong place at the right time.Everybody wants to be a Charles Bronson.

This law will never stop the bad guys from having guns bottom line. As for being in the right place at the right or wrong time, too many have been and died. I have never carried a concealed weapon and don’t intend too. But I don’t blame people how do, there not the ones you need to worry about.

It's not a case of thinking it's necessary to carry a gun...

It's a case of it being a RIGHT. You know, the 2nd amendment.
