I don't know who else was there to hear their pre game music, but it was by far the worst I have ever heard and they should be embarrassed. This is a school function and I heard the F bomb six times in one song, the N word multiple times, and even a line that said something to the tune of sticking their "blank" into their "blank" until they "blank".

Totally classless. Heads should roll. Great homecoming!

There's a trivia question for ya - where else in Ohio can you go to a high school football game and listen to warm-up music being performed by a former player from the home team - only Licking Valley that I know of!

At 5:50 pm, Tiger Stadium in Pickerington, kicks off with Ring of Fire. A little KISS Rock N Roll all Nite and AC/DC Thunderstruck in there too.

The only one I could figure out was Red Red Wine?? didn't seem to fit.

Grove City used to have some Blackfoot, Train Train in their pre game. That was awesome...

I understand where Captain_Cavman is coming from because I grew up there...

I concur that not all rap is bad. I have some selections on my iPod I like to jam to now and then.

The Central Tigers have a few in their pre game list. It's a pretty good mix. Personal Fav is We Ready by Archie Eversole. For some versions of songs, I prefer to opt for the 'non explicit' lyric versions because the song is essentially a nice groove.

It should be noted that almost every song has "radio versions" available. Versions that have been altered to have the bad words removed. So, the school could play the "music" they wanted but with acceptable lyrics.

To use the "public" version over radio version shows a lack of Administrative oversight on the music selection.
