Text "jjhuddle" to 90210 for JJH Mobile Alerts -

I tried doing this last week but got a message that said something along the lines you have no subscription for doing this.
How can I get this problem corrected so that I can text in updates?

There is no subscription. It's free. You simply text "jjhuddle" to 90210 and get a welcome message and another message stating that message and data rates may apply depending on your individual phone data rate plan. If you have unlimited texting no issue. There is NO mention of subscriptions anywhere.
