The most serious charges are RAPE and Kidnapping. Since these tweets will are 100% fact where is the "Dead body in Steubenville that nobody cares about"? If the state has evidence im pretty sure they are not hanging their hats on drunken tweets. Maybe dna, an eyewitness, but definately not "Some people deserve to be peed on"!

It's all over C&B the end is near. But those are some great suicide posts. I feel real bad for you and your cult following. Do you have your game speech ready for Friday?

Wire24, you might actually have a point, although I wish you would edit it so it makes more sense. The fact is I can no longer take you serious when you post asking if the alleged victim is going to be charged with underage drinking. If this is really your mindset, you really have a hard time grasping the enormity of these charges.. Again they are just that charges, they have not even found probable cause. I personally think that the state is going to have a hard time proving this case, unless there is a mountain of evidence on the cellphones. Just my opinion, I have no facts about this case..

Looking in mirror, sees someone who cares more about child rape than football (i.e. raised better).

There sure is a lot of low rent Nancy Grace allegation being made with even less proof to go off of than the prosecution has apparently at this time. These so called victim advocates are probably the same people that attend catholic church every Sunday, listen to Michael Jackson CD in there car, and thought that the Mike Tyson cameo in the Hangover movie was hilarious. I can only believe you advocates for social justice are spending the same amount of time on their web sites voicing your opinions

I'll say anything I please any time I please, skippy.
Who posted anything about anyone's parents? I have no idea where your obviously (to most of us) warped sense of priorities came from, just that something that to anyone over 18 years old should be trivial is clearly way too important in your life.

Is this not a High School football forum- created to discuss/ debate matters of High School football. I ask because the most recent posts have been full of JR high antics and accusations that individuals are attempting to spread rumors regarding a serious incident. I have yet to see a post on here that is convicting the accused however that seems to be the defense when the discussion turns to the bigger conversation of whether it is right that young men can post horrible things online and not be accountable for their words. It is an easy out to play the "tweeting" doesn't make them rapist card.. I think everyone agrees... Not the point... Also everyone agrees that the accused deserve a fair trial and none of us were there so they are presumed innocent until proven guilty... So spare us all the deflection... Some of us on here are actually interested in hearing what others who do not share our views think and why... As we are open-minded and are attempting to see the situation from different sides. But how can we as a community even begin to set standards or expect our teens to be respectful when adults cannot share opposing opinion with out resorting to being children. I choose to live in Steubenville, I choose to send my kids to school there, choose to allow them to participate in athletics there, I am trying to understand this mess so that we can learn from it. And again I am open to those who do Not see anything wrong with those athletes continuing to play I am looking for a compelling reason why you feel that way.

Chill your 'internet muscles', pal. As I pointed out earlier, your empty threats have 0% chance of being carried out, so go back in your bedroom give your "sock puppet" a workout while you fantasize about the Big Red.

Steubyred If you think bandmom calling peolpe animals and hoping they get raped in prison open minded than you need to think again! From day one this forum has been a bashing session against the accused. Anyone who has kept an open mind has been called names. If people think they are guilty its fine but as soon as someone says they think they are innocent they are the devil! Why is that?

A few words about how a prosecutor's office works:
A prosecutor hates, absolutely hates to lose a case. A prosecutor may deny it, but every prosecutor keeps track of his won/loss percentage. Trials cost a lot of money and time. A prosecutor especially doesn't want to lose a high profile case that's all over the media. A prosecutor doesn't like to be publicly humiliated for losing a case that everyone is following. It's damaging to the prosecutor's reputation and standing among his/her peers. In my office in Washington we had a meeting of the whole attorney staff every Friday afternoon. Every prosecutor who lost a case during the week had to stand up before his/her peers and explain how the case was lost. It was pretty humiliating. And how many big cases did Marcia Clark and Christopher Darden handle after the OJ debacle?
Consequently prosecutors take to trial only those cases which they think are slam dunks. You often hear that federal prosecutors have a conviction rate of something like 97-98%. That's because they take to trial only those cases which they are convinced, absolutely convinced they are going to win. The same line of thinking goes with state and local prosecutors. If the state prosecutors in this case, after all the preliminary hearings are held and rulings made, still move forward to trial, they must be pretty sure they have a very strong case. And that's bad news for the defendants.

You make a living harassing people for a living, You have a history of harassing people who are not guilty of what you accuse them of. Thanks to your profile, pic, and the power of google it's easy to see that you own a company that tries to collect junk municipal debt (with an extensive list of harassing folks who are not responsible for what you accuse them of) and you also employ members of the Saccoccia family. You are far from any voice of reason in this situation.

The personal attacks need to stop.
C&F is a fine person from an outstanding family. However, IMHO he is way off base this time. I don't have all of the facts, but as a coach I can tell you that several student-athletes would be benched or I'd be fired. They would not be a part of the team at this point.

Its truly a shame the way some people from BOTH camps are acting on this thread. I understand the emotion behind some of it, but the BOTTOM LINE remains what was done to an INNOCENT young lady! ANYTHING other than wanting justice for this disgusting act of barbarism is inexcusable! I'm really shocked by the comments of some folks that I at one time had some respect for. ANYONE that has ANY agenda other than justice being served should be ashamed of themselves, ANYONE!!!!!
What has this world come to when the mere THOUGHT of high school football being "ruined" by the "seemingly" insignifcant act of a group of thugs brings out the worst in people who are not even involved. I've said on here numerous times, I could care less about Big Red football. If these were 25 year old mill rats that moved into Steubeville from the Appalachian Mountains, I would STILL be appaulled by their despicable actions against another defensless human being and subsequent internet bragging about those gutless actions! Grow up people and try and get through your thick skulls what took place in Steubenville, Ohio a few weeks ago!

very well said but as an outsider with no connection to this school or a team that plays this school it is very difficult for me to believe that these 2 kids would be held in jail w/o bail if their wasn't some truth to this. I find it hard to believe something terrible did not happen that night. Whether just these 2 were involved or 1 of them or other kids it seems something truely horrible happened on that night and I guess we all have to wait until the findings come out. We are all entitled to our opinions but at end day it is a FACT that something happened that night but how severe may take some time to figure out. At end day this is a VERY serious topic and is why its 58 pages deep now. Some people are taking serious others not but everyone has right to their own opinion.

Zhon, let's not get into a debate about what I do for a living. We certainly do not harass anyone. You just entered a new Club....
CnB's puppets.... Welcome my friend.
FYI, there are no members of the Saccoccia family employed by my company. I will say they are a fine family and they are indeed friends of mine.
