NEW SW OHIO JR. HIGH TOURNAMENT
“Tri-State Wrestling Championships”

Date: January 11-12, 2013


Location: Harrison High School, Wildcat Arena
9999 West Rd. Harrison, Ohio 45030
** Tournament will be wrestled on 5-6 mats. Our facility has
the space to easily handle a 6 mat tournament. It is a great
facility for a large scale wrestling event.


Weight Classes: 80-86-92-98-104-110-116-122-128-134-142-150-160-172-205-245 (+2 lb. weight allowance- 80=82 etc)


Teams: We are seeking competitive A and B teams.

Format: Two tournaments in 1 event. There will be an A Team tournament as well as a B Team tournament run at the same time, in the same location.


Seeding: We will only seed the Main Tournament. Seeding with be based on criteria and winning percentage. We will also review results at major tournaments that are deemed relevant by the seeding committee. The goal of seeding will be to separate the strongest & most experienced wrestlers, not to effect the outcome of team scores. The B Team Tournament will be an open draw with no seeds.


AWARDS: Team and Individual Awards will be given in both divisions.
