Coaches, Parents and Players;

For a couple of years now, our staff has been looking for a post camp for our players to go to. We even traveled to the Pete Newell Jr. post camp in Wisconsin one summer to see what was taught there. The last time our staff got together with Pete Gaudet to talk post stuff, we came up with the idea of hosting a post camp here at Olentangy High School.

We are now running that post camp, with Pete, former Ohio State and Duke Assistant Coach and a 20 year veteran of the Pete Newell Big Man Camp. We will work footwork, shooting and general post skills for 3 days. Coaches are welcome, Pete is great with the kids and has a wealth of knowledge about post play for the coaches.

The camp is July 11th - 13th for boys and girls from grades 7th - 12th. It is for any post player from the tall to the small from the beginning to the most experienced. We will group the post players according to skill and size, we will push the experienced post and teach the least experienced posts.
