Hayes trailed 10-5 with 5:10 left in the third quarter. Springboro thought they'd won it with a goal at the end of regulation, but it came after the horn. Hayes won it on a Griffin Kinney goal with 1:53 left in the extra period.

BTW: Fantastic game on both ends. Springboro had nothing to be ashamed of, they played like champions.

But congrats to Hayes for winning the school's first state title in any sport.
