I think that is ridiculous. If you and your family decide to move your family into a different neighborhood for any reason that is your choice. Even if it was for football. People do it all the time, sports are under the microscope too much. Let 'em live!
Look at the NCAA and all of their "rules", I can see the importance of some of them to keep the integrity of the game, but we are getting a little heavy on controlling people's lives here don't ya think? Please tell me if I'm wrong. Why can't kids earn something for playing in NCAA? I would say they should put it in an account and when they finish their career they are allowed to withdraw the money then, kinda like a bond. That way at least it's more transparent and we know exactly what's happening. (I know I'm going extreme here), but people make lots of money for doing a lot less that what these guys are busting their butts for.
Heck even the NFL has been going thru this type of control stuff... smh
