Yep. It isn't like the teams that are winning aren't working their tails off to win. The teams who win on a regualar basis, not only have better players, better coaches, they also work harder than the teams they are beating. No amount of tweaking will be able to change that.

I'm not sure if it is even they have better or more talented players. In many cases they do but look at Davidson. If you tell me they have had the most talented teams when they won states you are crazy. They had great football players, coached very well. But if you take their kids and x's kids and glenville's kids and put them in a combine scenario I don't think they would fair so well. So its not all about the kids. Its about development, community support, getting youth coaches on board, getting the most out of each players potential, parent support, and an attitude. Coach White instills an attitude in his program and they expect to win, work hard, and allow themselves to be coached.
