Round Town Biddy Rumble
(At Ohio Christian University) Saturday, May 19th, 2012
This is an Open Dual Meet Tournament. YOUR CLUB CAN BE MADE UP FROM YOUR SCHOOL OR FROM SEVERAL SCHOOLS. No empty weight classes please! Each club should bring 2 person to help with the table.
Number of Teams: Eight teams; Eight mats will be used so all clubs will wrestle every round and on 2 mats. BRING A MINIMUM OF 2 COACHES!
Format: Round-Robin in each of two pools, plus finals. Each club will wrestle a total of four dual meets. Each match will be 3 - 1 1⁄2 minute periods. Current high school OT procedure. Weigh-ins 3pm - 4pm, wrestling starts at 5pm (after HS is finished).
Eligible Wrestlers: Your club can be made up of wrestlers in 6th grade - heading into 7th grade that are 13 years old or younger the day of the tournament. Each club may bring extras and substitute freely.
Fee: 300$ per team, we will not charge per wrestler. NON-REFUNDABLE deposit $150 due with entry, balance due at weigh-ins. If deposit is not received by deadline (April 20th), the spot will open to first club to turn in a deposit.

Reading the above information it says weigh ins are from 4-5 after HS.
From my understanding there will be HS duals as well? If this is true are there any open slots for teams and how late will the biddy duals last if we are getting a late start on wrestling? I plan on getting a team in there for the biddies and would like to also get a HS team in if available

As far as the biddys go we will start after high school duals are over. Weigh-ins are 3-4 wrestling begins at 5pm.....We will wrestle on all 8 mats to speed things up and get kids more matches. We should be out no later that 9pm. We would love to have you. Last year we had like 9 state champs and 30 other state placers spread out on all the teams.....Very competitive and fun. We try to match the studs with studs...its all about getting quality matches.

Coaches Ive had a few requests about HWT......We can make it unlimited to get more matches for kids. Please let me know if that helps you guys. I have a back up hwt that is a little over 200lbs if anyone needs him.

Wow! This is great competition.

These are the for sure teams attending.....So as of right now it will be a round robin. I still have a few teams interested but its a wait and see.....
