Default Samantha Prahalis - 02-23-2012, 09:09 PM

Sarah Prahalis set the all time points in the game for OSU in girls basketball by scoring 42 against minnesota. She. broke Katie Smiths record of 40 from back in 1994.

She still needs 7 assists for the Alltime B1G Record. If Adams and Beach could hit a shot she would have broken that record ten games ago.

Doesn't it seem like she's been at Ohio State for about 8 years??

Is there anyone else on the women's team? Nearly every photo from a women's OSU game to appear on the front page of the Dispatch sports section for the last year is of her.
Note to editor, she isn't Danica Patrick.

Interestingly, I was suprised by her statistics. She's shoots only 40% from the field for her career, certainly not a high standard. While I'd say yes, she's going to be the lady Buckeyes all time leading scorer, seeing that she's probably going to be at or near the top in games played, minutes played, shots attempted, etc. It's not suprising that she'll be the all time leading scorer.

She is the female version of William Buford.

She will not be the all time leading female scorer, she is in 4th all alone and that is when she will stay. Prahalis is still shy of 2,000 points, Lavender is the all time scorer with 2,800 plus points, Katie Smith is between 2,400 and 2,600 somewhere.

Bizarre question but does she still date Evan Turner?

My thoughts exactly! She is very inconsistent, that's for sure. I'm pretty sure she does not date Evan Turner anymore.

She is a fantastic player. Without her, OSU would be a .500 team. Love her or hate her, she is a player who is going to be difficult to replace. She is pretty much unguardable one on one. She has been much more consistent than Buford - bad comparison.

Sammy's a heckuva player--too bad Foster continues to recruit fat, slow post players who get exposed EVERY TIME they play an athletic team--it's definitely time for him to go!!!

Clearly the fault of OSU is their overweight players, Adams, Moore and Ferguson. They can't move their feet or even stay on their feet. Adams is 6'5 and Moore 6'2 and yet these girls gave up 29 offensive rebounds against Penn St and 20 yesterday in the loss to Nebraska.

Adams and Moore run the floor like a pair of sloths.
