Thanks! Good that NR looks to have a good team. I want the West Shore Conference to be as strong as possible. I don't want to see them beat Avon, and I don't think they will do so...but it will be a fun game for both schools, as always.

Games with Avon Lake, Lorain (now coached by former Ashland Crestview coach, Mark Solis), North Ridgeville, Elyria Catholic and Lake Catholic will be nice tests for Avon.

cjb, for the love of God, do NOT take the word of oldfart in anything resembling football. You could put what he knows about the sport in a thimble and still have room for his tiny little brain. I was not there and cannot offer a report. But please ... do not listen to oldfart and expect any kind of thoughtful analysis.

In high school, oldfart was taking a history test. One essay question started with "Compare and contrast ........" Oldfart wrote "yes."
