Default Impressed with Brady Hoke and the job Michigan is doing in Ohio - 04-27-2011, 11:27 PM

I know he's only been on the job for awhile but he and his staff are doing a tremendous job recruiting here in Ohio. He's impressed me and it's nice to see Michigan going after the same type of players Ohio State is again.

Think the Wolverines and Buckeyes have offered about 10 of the same kids...

I enjoyed watching Brady at the UM/Bucks basketball game.......introduced him to their losing tradition against the Buckeyes.

I would say Hoke is what U of M needs. He is doing a lot of things similar to when Tressel came to OSU to remind the players of the top priorities.

I've talked to several coaches in Ohio who are impressed with what Hoke is doing. They say he and his staff are really hitting Ohio hard because after all, as one coach put it: "Michigan can't win without Ohio kids." Will be interesting to see what the final count on Ohio kids is for UM's 2012 class...

No question good recruits out of Ohio. Too bad Rich Rod didn't get that.

I would guess doing everything he can to get involved in coaching again. Think he will be on TV somewhere. Would be sweet to see him work for Big 10 Network.

Sorry, I got a little off topic, but since no one else is participating, thought it would be okay.
