Default Zanesville season start - 12-02-2010, 06:35 PM

Wanted to hear from Blue Devil fans who happened to be at both games so far. Believe that Zanesville has good quick talent. Don't know anything about Marietta. Sometimes teams lose regardless and that may be what has happened to Zanesville so far. Also having new coach takes time. Would guess this team will continue to grow and get better and certainly win some games.

Jess is a good girl and will do a good job. Was told she is having some respect issues from an assistant coach. This is why a coach should have the ability to choose their own staff, IMO. If you have someone in the gym with you cutting your legs out from under you nothing good can happen. I assume the girls will adjust and improve, sometimes you have to take a step back to build and go forward.

pmkm- From what I have seen, they haven't looked that bad. Looked like the small things are hurting them right now. With Jess as the head coach, they will get it all togther (she was/is one of the best about doing the little things...that is what made her such a great player).

SHS- From what I have heard, Jess did hire her own staff (was told that they may not have been her first choices, but none the less...her own). And I really do think that they are moving forward. Should be a fun season to watch.
