So, after this first weekend since school ball was over, how was everyone looking in the U13 level at their respective tournaments?

Lots going on this coming weekend. Sounds like everyone is playing somewhere. The Great Lakes Invitational in Toledo should be a nice tournament. Ten pretty good teams from Ohio, MI, PA and IN are playing.

Toledo Stars, Ohio Storm, Lakes Area Dodgers, Steel City Spartans, Motor City Hit Dogs, Fort Wayne Indians, Ohio DiamondHawks, Stallions Baseball, Oakland Whitecaps and Michiana Clippers.

Games start Saturday at 10:00 with pool play. Single elimination tourney starts Sunday morning. Let's hope for good weather.

I hear ya, for the next straight 7 weekends the U13 Ohio Elite will be in tournament play ranging from Michigan to Tennessee.

OTT, you guys still going out to Beaver Valley this weekend? If so, fyi BV has won five straight tournies according to our weekly updates including a SNIT, so this weekend will be a good measuring stick.

Mtrob, no we are not going out there, their coach was apparently so busy himself he never corresponded back with us to confirm....
Bucco, thats what wives are for correct?LOL. Seriously though, we are "sharing" our travel plans, speaking of grass I do have to get out there this morning!

Still working on it. I have a few tryouts in the works, but we'll have to see how it goes. Also, still waiting to hear back from a couple of coaches as well regarding tryouts. Thanks for asking. I'm sure something will work out.
