Dang!

I have a flat tire on my front bike tire and I'll have to replace the tires in front and in back. I changed to more of a racing tire so I could get down our bike and hiking trail a little easier and after 2,000 miles, I have to change them again. I'm spoiled now and those tires are expensive!!!!!! I have to do it though because my riding partner can't ride by herself....(plus Lord knows I need to keep up with the exercise regimen or look like a beached whale again.)

The last flat on I had on my bike I was nine miles from home. Thank goodness for cellphones and my son be at home at that time. Like the kids tell me when I complain about spending money. Just get some of that moldy money out of your wallet, because you can not take it with you. 2,000 miles on a set of bike tires is not bad, I sure did not get anywhere near that on my last set.

Thanks, 19AL63. You are right about the money and I guess I needed someone to just verify it for me. My bike is in the shop for tires and a few other little adjustments that I figured "what the heck. That moldy old money can't help me if I'm not even here so ....."
