He must have learned his lesson, because he entered the Olentangy tournament as an 'extra' and won the whole thing.

Possibly in the 32-38 weight range you might be correct, but with the opportunities young kids have these days to wrestle and learn technique, you maybe suprised on how many stud Freshman there are and were.

Especially in the lightest weight classes.

Well, he lost to the kid 2-0, then came back and threw him in the finals and pinned him quickly. Sheppard, the start got hurt and defaulted to 4th...still needs to stop trying to muscle kids and use his speed and technique...Chris could be special...

Teays Valley has two pretty good freshman in the lineup. Cameron Lathem and Colton Carroll.

Teays Valley will have anywhere from 3-6 frosh in lineup all season

At Pick North last wk lathem and carroll were out injured and sick

Had frosh place at 145 6th and 195 4th

Hinkle is very good and it's a great accomplishment to qualify for the state tournament but if the kids who where slotted in the 32 and 38 weight classes stayed there he would be at best n alternate.

Hinkle is very good. Sometimes you have to see it for yourself to believe it when someone makes bold statements.
