Boys beat Bridgeport and Wellsville 1-0 in each contest. Defense looked improved from last year and the offense showed some pop. Some things to improve on but a lot of good to build off of too. Overall a 7-7.5 out of 10 performance today I'd say.

Both players have concussion histories. The one was actually held out of play last year except for kicking duties. The cost was excessive for the school so the parents paid for them. Not that unusual really. I know of a few kids that did the same thing at other schools in the area.

I assume the passing game is going to be good, how was the running game, I feel with a decent running game they will really hard to stop.

First series with Bridgeport the running game seemed a little hesitant, but whatever adjustments the coaches made on our second go around did the trick. Not saying we're the next coming of the pony express but if the interior lineman can do what they showed today on a consistent basis we should be able to keep a defense honest.

Wasn't able to make the first scrimmage but pretty much heard what was written on here. Looking forward to seeing Fridays scrimmage.
4cards, I need one of those Monday through Friday jobs with normal hours. See you Friday night, bro ......unless they call me out to work. Lol.
