I am sorry if you are upset with me. Im just talking. I have the upmost repect for you 3dogs, you have seen me before so I truely apologized if I upset you and the RHS family. No disrespect intended. It is hard when people continue to mess over the city(not saying you have), and I am a city guy and to keep it real, or let me ask just question. Reynoldsburg education is that good? Yes the school has wonderful facilities and a lot of atheletic kids are coming to RHS and you do thrive on stats and numbers, but they also can be played with or screwed. Dragdribble, that is coaching by a good coach from twinsburg. Basketball is a team sport, she meaning Morrissette, did not have to go one on one plus she controlled the game. I might be alwayslearning, but I am always awake, Get some handles drugdribble

A good AD blocks the transfer of the twins from Whitehall. They were going to end up at Harvest Prep if that didn't go awry. It was obviously a transfer due to athletics which is against OHSAA rules and can be locked by the AD and principal of the previous school.

So sorry to hear about Brooke's ACL tear going into her senior year. She did a great job for Olentangy the past three seasons.

I know this Thread is old, but I am new and just wanted to add my 2 cents. I just don't see how Cashin makes this list. IMO, Hill is questionable enough but I can't let Paige slide. I've watched her over the years and just couldn't give her the nod. I am sure she is a nice girl, but basically she is tall. I've seen her in AAU and at Newark and never seen her do much. Do you all have examples to the contrary?

Who else would you consider? Now looking at the list, again I would put the jenkins kid and drop tajanee wells. The kid simply dropped off the face of the earth since the miranda coaching staff went to boys.

Thanks to all on the notes for Brooke quick recovery. She had surgery five weeks ago and rehab is going well. She is pushing herself hard to be back sometime in the second half of the season but that will be a long shot. Definitely going to be a tough way to end her career at Olentangy.

Hang in there Zwinsters. My daughter had ACL surgery in June 2011 and returned to start and play in all games her junior year. Rehab is tough on them but is worth it in the end.

I have heard of players coming back in 4-5 months. But Brooke's doctor said realistically it is a 6-9 month rehab. 5 months puts her back in January. We can only hope for the best but thank you for giving her some hope.
We had another player come back from acl reconstruction last season, and it took her half the season to really play like her old self. Was that the case with your daughter?

Yes. She was a little tentative the first few games. After she figured out she would be okay playing full go it was hard to stop her. Of course we cringed every time she drove the lane or dove for a loose ball!

Be patient, keep giving her confidence and stay positive, can't build on negative. Brooke can play and she will be fine, good luck

To redue this top ten and not including injuries. Here are some changes:
Alexis Peterson(northland), Jenkins, Cooper, Murphy(reynoldsburg), Hill(Africentric), Tyler Agler(olentgangy orange), Brooke Zawyer(Olentangy Braves), Lampkins and Bess(Gahanna), and Cashin(Newark).
What do yall think? I think it is pretty good. With Butcher coaching that team, its awesome.

All Ways Learning, I know opinions are just that and everyone is allow there own,but I can't justify you selecting Zawyer over Macocie from Pick North she has accomplished more and is the top guard recruit for the University of Dayton Top 40 ranked school for the 2013-14 recuriting class.
Again just my Opinion.

Would also be a decent choice, as would Madison Blackwell at Gahanna ( who by my opinion is better than Z. Bess and committed to Xavier), but there sure a lot of good ones to choose from.

Zawyer is one tough customer, Been starting since a freshman and bee the women on her aau teams. Take her away from olentangy which she will miss half the season, Olentangy will not be that good. You can take the girl from pick north away and they will still keep clicking. Madison Blackwell, can't argue with you 3dogs, but miss bess stayed at the school all 4 years while madison has transfered as while as jumped aau teams.

Olentangy will still be quite good this year with seven returning seniors. All of these seniors have seen alot of playing time and have matured into really good basketball players. Brooke's absence from the team this year will not affect them nearly as much as it would have the past three years.

Frannie Frazier and maybe the kid from new albany that plays with her in aau could be on this list, but who is better than the guards on the list? Alexis peterson, tyler agler, and jenkins.
