I agree. When I was a golf coach I told prospective players who were torn between the two sports the exact same thing. Most kids don't get the chance to play organized football after high school, but you can play golf for most of the rest of your life!

It looks as if St. Wendelin has officially joined the CALA, formerly the Christian Football League.

They played in Ridgeway, Troy, Southington, and Cleveland Heights, so they're used to traveling.

True those trips were bad along with fairbanks and Riverside. But Detroit Ann arbor ft wayne and Lansing and Flint that's a haul from fostoria consistantly. Not the 1 year deal to Cleveland or Dayton

That is a family decision and should not involve anybody from the administration. If that conversation would have happened to my son without my consent, they would have had more problems than how they were going to field a competitive football team.

I agree with you Pudge. I don't know how this was handled, but I'm going to assume that the administration at St. W.'s did it the right way.
