Glad it wasnt Thacker from Bloom Carroll, he has done so much for that program would hate to see him leave so early.

Talked to the AD at Delaware Hayes today. No decision or offers have been made yet. Seems to me he is looking for that "perfect" fit.

Miamisburg is open, former HC went to Franklin his alma mater. Very good baseball school in GWOC near Dayton.Team went 14-12 this year with only 2 seniors (CF and #1 pitcher), and one starting JR (Catcher). Next few year will be loaded. But moreimportantly, long standing tradition of good baseball that is honored there.

This year, built a indoor hitting cage (2 Cages), locker etc with electircity and heat connected to home dugout.

Still no news in Delaware. I believe the AD has a couple strong candidates in mind, but he is waiting to see if there are teaching openings this fall. Hopefully we will know something more definitive soon.

School started today and still no coach announced in Delaware. Apparently the top one or two candidates need teaching jobs and none are available.

I saw in the paper that Liberty Union Thurston coach resigned...don't know if job has been filled yet or not.

central district coaches first meeting of the year is next week , be good to have new coach on board by then
