You really don't see this as "hide the ball" by the Obama? I get you love him, worship at his throne, but aren't you curious why he's so fixated on romney's tax returns rather than his record?
3. Three more years wouldn't be enough -- Obama lies. They'd question his signature, they'd question the forms, the deductions, the size of the paper, the color of the ink -- get it, the Obama rapist surrogates would savage them -- he's too rich, he's not really that rich, he's not rich enough - whatever.
4. After he released them, and his taxes were all on the up and up -- everythign was legal, whatever deductions he took and credits he took adn taxes he paid, they were all perfectly legal -- would you then concede -- Mitt's a brilliant man, that pays his legally required taxes and the Obama is a two bit, Chicago fraud liar and defamer, and that this was all a ruse to distract the American Sheeple from the real issue -- the economy?

It's really about the economy, and we're not stupid.
you don't think since Obama has been in office he hasn;t had the IRS looking into Mitt's returns......Obummer would try ANYTHING to get an edge......

Yes, I have no doubt in my mind that Obama has had someone looking into Mitt's returns. We know that someone illegally looked into Joe the Plumber's issues, so hy stop at the Plumber? Again, this is the old: "Do you still beat your wife" trick. I will be curious to see if the American Sheeple follow it.

Of course, I ask myself: If they're so ginned up about the tax returns, why not about The One's transcripts, articles etc.?

I'm confused about this topic. With the AG and this administrations total disregard for US Laws and the Constitutation why not just take this information from the IRS records.

Heck, they can invent birth certificates, my guess is they will invent false tax returns, especially when they realize in about another month that they are going down in flames.

I find it odd that Romney proudly uses his business success as chief qualification for improving the economy and as his right to be our next president, yet is reluctant when it comes to showing records of how he has been conducting such business.

Beside the usual blaming the other side, Romney has taken the stance that it's none of our business and that he doesn't want or have to show his returns.
The repubs from day one have been painting the president as arrogant and have been critical of his lack of transparency. No hypocrisy here?

None whatsoever. His personal tax returns have zero to do with his business acumen and success record. The comparison is pretty damn silly.

Wrong.

We are critical because he PROMISED the most transparent administration to date.

Obama is the hypocrite.

Romney has said he won't do it, period. It should be a federal law that all public servants tax releases are mandatory every year.

It's not obvious to me that Romney's hiding anything. What's obvious to me is that The Obama merely wants to be able to distract the American Sheeple from the most important issue to yet another red herring. Again, if I was Romney, i'd say: Transcipts / Receipts and Writings for all the tax returns you want. I think it's ridiculous that "the most transparent administration" refuses to release that educational information yet decries the fact that Romney has only released two years of his tax return. What is equally more disturbing is that there's obviously some brilliant people on here that are more concerned about that issue than the fact that Rome's burning economically. That's the "victory at all cost" / "ends justifies the means" mentality. In other words, this man has been a total and complete failure economically (except in so far as Jimmacqueen is concerned) yet those folks are willing to doom the American Sheeple to 4 more years. We'll have another Stimulus (Bush's fault), another bailout (Bush's fault), 8.7 percent unemployment (Bush's fault), nukes in Iran (Bush's fault), $5.50 per gallon gasoline (Bush's fault) and $20,000,000,000,000 in debt (Bush's fault) - but doggone it the D's will have won.
