I'd like to see a 4-5 point lead before breaking out the rotund lady, but it's a positive sign.

Hope positive momentum continues. Really like the fact that we are talking ideas and plans how to change and correct problems. Has been much better than the negative ads we have been having lately.

Amen. Let Obama go negative, which he undoubtedly will do, as the race tightens. Romney/Ryan should keep pounding the positive message that we don't have to settle for huge deficits, high unemployment and increasing energy costs. I thought Ryan was great when he talked about how Obama did not realize that the US was an "exceptional country."

CNN also released a poll that day, that Obama was up by 5 percentage points in Wisconsin. Truth is, the race probably tightened with Wisconsin and "average" wise, it is within the margin of error. It will be tight in Wisconsin.

No doubt it will be tight in Wisconsin, but if it is now a statistical toss-up after obama won it by 14 the last time, that ought to tell you something major is happening.

Remember, Wisconsin Walker was going to be an example of the massive Democratic machine. Remember that. They told us that. Something's happening here...what it is ain't exactly clear....

Why is Romney a crook? That is how liberals work...by briging personal attacks up because they can't defend their failures? Your way of thinking and acting is why this country is in crash mode. Voting by party lines will never get us back to what we were once...the best people should be elected!

I believe this will be another Reagan vs Carter. Romney will win by 10 percentage points or more. There just can't be that many morons in this country to vote for Obama after the 4 years he has given us.

Ryan is from Wisconsin...it is not a surprise to see that state tighten up. The only thing that happened there was the VP pick, and that will usually boost a candidates poll numbers in that particular state. It will be interesting to see what happens the next coming weeks.

The crook reference is not about Romney. It's about a dead man who deserves to be demonized until the end of time. He's the very reason why representatives are lawyers first and why true America is muted. The ultimate low life,he was to America what Hitler was to Germany. If he were born 200 years earlier,he too, would have torched 1/2 of Georgia. If he were born 2000 years ago,he would have killed the first born male--and his achievements in Vietnam came close

Equating Nixon with Hitler in any real sense is asinine and you know it. And what would have prompted Nixon to torch Georgia in the 1760s? ?!?!?!?!

Please explain what you meant by Nixon torching Georgia in 1760. Because it makes no sense.

War is hell, Slugger.

Please recall that WE freed the slaves. It's maddening that your party returned them to the plantation.

We had hoped for more from you and your people.
