Troy Post 43 Baseball will be holding try outs for 2013 on Aug. 18 (Sat) and Aug. 19 (Sun) at noon at the "Legion Field" at Duke Park in Troy Oh. Start time
is noon each day. Candidates should bring their own catchers gear, bats and gloves.

Troy Post 43 Baseball has a 46 year tradition of helping aspiring baseball players advance to play college and pro ball. Over 360 graduates have gone on to play college baseball, 42 have sign professional contracts and 2 actually became major leaguers.

Coach Frosty Brown is in his 41st season and recently won his 1500 game as head coach. This summer the team will be competing or has competed in the State Connie Mack Tournament, the State American Legion Tournament and the NABF World Series. They also competed in Decker CWS Tournament in '11. the Ann Arbor Pastime Tourney '12 and numerous local weekend tournaments.
