and FWIW I am against seperation but fear that is where we are headed...

it will never happen,but private schools do have an advantage and it sticks out like a sore thumb.

So do all Private schools have an advantage that sticks out like a sore thumb? Even the ones who don't win?

yes...
I've worked at some private schools that "don't win" as well as public schools and privates that do win. I can tell you they HAVE the advantage - they are just choosing to put their resources in other areas.
but it's why seperation really hurts private schools - the majority of which do not put forth unusual resources towards athletics
