That would be a pretty long road trip for them but would be a great game.

My dream saturday?

Ursuline-DSJ followed by Mooney-Coldwater.

Do it one year in Youngstown and the next in MAC Country.

All 4 are usually in search of games for week 1 or 2.

Actually Genoa needs a solid non-conference opponent with their weak conference. Two NW Ohio opponents and the Cavs have history with Coach Vicars

I'd like to see a rotating MAC-WBL round robin to open the season. It's all coming down to travel costs.Could even look at a Saturday double billing.AWESOME !!!

That can't be Week 2.

I'll be surprised if a Coldwater/Alter matchup comes to be.

North Union would be perfect.

if all leagues had 11 schools, there would be no scheduling problems

Which would also hurt you in the long run in regards to computer points.

Wapak vs. Minster makes no sense computer points wise for the Redskins or the WBL, but economy wise it sure does, less travel and a big gate, hats off to Minster for scheduling a much bigger school.

Don't be surprised if you see more of this in the future, especially in other sports.

Coldwater's goal in week two, as many computer points as possible and the best bet for a win. If you lose you defeat the purpose of playing this game as a non-conference game. MAC may have to go back someday in the future and re-visit not playing this as a MAC game. The economy will decide that move.
