River View (25-3) vs Dover (24-3) will face off in the Regional Semi-Final Thursday, May 24 @ Pickerinton Central High School starting at 5pm.

Both teams are a part of the East Central Ohio League.

RV defeated Dover 5-0 earlier in the season.

RV's 3 losses were to New Philadelphia, Licking Valley and to Akron St V-St M. Dover's 3 losses are to New Philadelphia, Meadowbrook and RV.

Should be a great East Central Ohio League battle!

Nice article on the 3 RV Seniors but there were a couple mistakes.....RV defeated John Glenn 11-1 not 1-1 and RV beat Dover 5-0 not Dover beating RV 5-0. Go Lady Bears!

Yes, a Junior......you'll get to watch her for another year. She finished the season with only 1 loss, a 4-2 set-back to Logan Elm in Saturday's Regional Finals. RV had 3 Seniors: Abby Barker, 1b, Tori Gast, 2b and Pauline Craycraft, SS.

I look forward to seeing Taylor pitch next year. River View should do well again. I know Meadowbrook had 9 seniors, so our program will be in rebuilding mode, but there are some quality incoming freshmen coming up, as well as some underclassmen who can make a difference.
