here is my proposal: whenever a quarterback goes to shotgun,he becomes a tailback just like in the old days(single wing) no qb.protection rules he is a tailback now,

rule change 2: 5 yard bump rule becomes 10 yards.

its about time the defense gets some breaks/pro/college qb. have too many protecting rules. 350 yards passing now norm even for the losing qb. lets get some balance!!!

wonder how many coaches whould hve to think about using theshotgu if he was now considered the tailback?????
