I'm hoping maumee can move the ball on the ground enough to keep Dimmerling from putting up 30+ in the first half...the only reason I don't think Kregel will try and beat maumee by 60 is because the playoffs...

  • Make a nomination for the Ohio HS Girls Soccer Player and Team of the Week Awards

This Fall we are pleased to announce that the Ohio National Guard, Bucknuts and JJHuddle have partnered together to award weekly player and team of the week honors in Football, Boys & Girls Soccer, Boys & Girls Cross Country, Volleyball, Girls Tennis and Boys & Girls Golf.
Each week during the fall sports seasons (regular and post), we will hold a fan-generated contest on JJHuddle to tab a weekly Team and Player of the Week in each sport. Each weekly winner will receive awards.

There will also be Player & Team of the Year voting in each sport at the conclusion of the respective seasons.

    How it works?
A thread soliciting nominations will be posted/stuck in each sports’ JJHuddle Forum each week. Fans will then nominate top performances. We will announce the weekly finalists (up to 10) on JJHuddle every Monday and voting will be conducted in a special JJHuddle forum. Voting will cease at noon on Friday, after which the winners will be announced.

Id like to nominate the Riverdale Falcons girls soccer TEAM! They are on a 5-0 winning streak! Leading the Falcons is Junior Taylor Frey who has 9 goals. The Falcons are a young team with only one Senior Aubreah Manns. The Falcons shut out Botkins Saturday with a score of 1-0. The only goal was scored by Taylor Frey.

Sophie Gorman, Midfielder, McNicholas High School. Sophie score the winning goal (1-0 final) in the first 1:30 against perennial D1 power Cincinnati St. Ursula. The goal propelled McNick to a 7-0 start and the Division 2 #1 State Ranking for the third week. Sophie also scored the winning goal with less than 1 minute in the game against Alter earlier in the week. Sophie leads the GCL Coed in scoring with 18 points and has been a leader all season.

Bishop Rosecrans, Zanesville, Oh. Had a 7-0 victory of St. Joseph Central in the district championship. Is a DIII school that plays bigger schools all throughout the regular season, they have a record of 15-3-0 and the team consists of only two seniors with a ton, TON of super talented underclassmen.

Miah Wilson, junior Goalkeeper, Massillon Jackson, almost shutout Walsh in regional semis. Only score was a penalty kick which decided the game. 7 saves that game and defended 8 Walsh corner kicks. she helped take our 6-5-4 regular season team To win a District Championship with only one goal scored on her in the district playoffs. Won Federal League as a shutout. No League team scored in her during regular season. GPA 3.9
