Urban Meyer has hit the ground running on recruiting and is working ahead. He has made his first scholarship offer as the head coach of the Buckeyes and it goes out to a top in-state junior, wide receiver Shelton Gibson (Cleveland Heights, Ohio/Cleveland Heights).
