Dbizzle71 noted on the Mid-State League thread that London and Madison Plains had been approached about going to the MSL, with London stating that the South Central Ohio League was a better fit. MadPlains, on the other hand, has stated that they are interested in the OHC.
While I hate to see Plains leave the SCOL, I can certainly see that they would a better overall fit in the OHC.
Would this open the door to another school entering the the SCOL?

heard a week or so ago that OHC was standing pat because there were only 3 teams looking for/getting invite and they wanted 4 to move from 8 to 12 teams

Supers voted to expand. Principals voted to offer teams in summer. Hopefully MP and FBanks get offers.

Fairbanks isn't going to fit in the "new" MOAC no matter what it turns out to be. It was a bad fit to begin with.

Wonder if this opens the door to Wilmington returning to the SCOL?

Well, MP moving would actually have to happen first.

I believe the 3rd was Springfield Northwestern, has been a few weeks since I had the conversation but I almost 100% it was NW

Can't get the link to work, but the Washington Court House paper reports today that MP to the Mid-State League is all but a done deal.

Madison Press states that the MP community has urged the board to move to the MSL. London is approving the move tomorrow at board meeting so unless soemthing crazy happens, both should be future MSL members by late tomorrow

As usual, Mad Plains has to drag things out and do it the hard way. :)
With the departure of the Madison County schools, I'd think that interest would shift south and/or west - Chillicothe, Wilmington, maybe even Blanchester or Western Brown? On the flip side, I'd guess that the SCOL just became less attractive for Greeneview.
I have no idea if these schools would be interested in the SCOL or vice versa.
