Any thoughts on who might run away with it?

Claymont looks very strong and should win the ECOL with Dover in with a strong showing. Riverview's Widder should come in first Matt Engstrom (sp?) and Sanborne could go 2-3 but Claymont will run in a pack and will have all 5 coming in first.

Garaway is equally as strong and should easily win the IVC in boys and girls with Sandy Valley coming in second. Kettlewell should win and a race for second between Lahote and Yoder should be a good one. Sandy Valley comes in second.

marietta will be there this year, so claymont will have their hands full. they lost to them at pickerington by a pretty big margin. i think river view will upset dover for 3rd place. garaway will run away with the ivc. kettlewell will be tested by marrietta's top runner for overall but not by anyone in the ivc.

Do they run one combined race for this, or is it just two races at the same location?

Garaway boys will win the ivc, but the runner up is still in the air. Sandy Valley is the popular choice, t.c.c will be right in the mix. They lack a quality number one runner, the odonell boy runs high 17s. Then they have a couple kids in the low to mid 18s. I was at the quad between river view/ridgewood/newcomerstown and t.c.. river view won it narrowly as newcomerstown finished a close second. T.c.c finished third. I was somewhat surprised by newcomerstown boys. They ran right with river view. If my memory serves right they had three kids break 18. Nate Marinucci is an up and coming runner in the ivc. He ran around 17 20. I believe the 2nd and third runners came in at 17:45 and 17:55. My nephew runs for nct and he is there fifth runner. If they keep improving like they have been all year watch out sandy. I'm excited for the kids. Good luck to all teams this Saturday, I will be there rooting everyone on.
