I just want to wish first year coach Adam Taylor (Springfield) the very best this year. Your in the big times now. What a way to start out.

X......HUGE!

No DaPriest, No Walker, New Coach...they'll have talent, but discipline and execution will be poor. That is a recipe for humiliation in later weeks. In week 1 they'll lose by a solid margin.

I was a really big Springfield backer last year, ring leader of their band wagon you might say. Tough row to hoe for them this year and it starts with the Bombers.

Yeah, X is trouble for Springfield. Wayne, Centerville and U Arlington... is Northmont on the schedule?

They have X, Wayne, Centerville, UA, Northmont, and Trotwood.

They have to win half of those to make the playoffs I would think.

Northmont and the 'Wood are supposed to be even better this year than last. I personally do not see SPringfield making it this year. Last year I called them "a lock".

St. X rolls in this one. I've heard Springfield didn't look to good in their scrimmages. This game will be over by the end of the 3rd qtr.

Springfield will be hard-pressed to make the playoffs. Not the team they were the year before although numbers are up.

Wildcats can still have a good year even if they get stomped by the Bombers. They have big play athletes. All Wildcats fans will like Cory Timmons, who transferred from Catholic Central. Biggfest weakness might be that they will need 5/6 players to play both ways.

Springfield lays on their talent, they weren't very well conditioned at all. Once the game got late last week against Fairborn the holes started opening big time(I was the umpire for the scrimmage). May have had to do with the O/D lines playing both ways with few subs.

Springfield will have to keep their heads on straight, otherwise there may be a few sitting out a game or 2.

This game will be painful. X wins big. JV's in fourth quarter.

I see St. Xavier owning this game but Springfield can compete with their remaining schedule. They've had success in recent years against the other GWOC teams. It'll be interesting who fills in for the talented stars that graduated.
