Can't wait to see the kids come together against another team. Things seem to be coming together, and the kids are meshing well with the SR's rallying the younger guys this is sure to be an awesome year for WJ AGAIN!

This will tell a lot about the young roughrider team for the season.
LE returns 16 starters this year and will pose a good test for WJ.

How about info on the scrimmage today, RRP was very sick this morning and could not attend?????

they looked good at times and bad at other i thought the defense looked good but we still have alot of work to do

I finally got some news in and WJ started off, not good but took them a little time to get going.
Once they got going they did look a little better.

The roughriders scored 3 times on offense and had a pick 6 on defense.
A lot better outing then I thought they would have today against a much better LE team.

Fulton was taken out by coach B. and sit the rest of the scrimmage after a/an unsportsmanlike call as of some just called playing with a little "to much aggression". Which he is a senior and is tired of hitting on his own guys all summer.

Next week will tell how much WJ can & will improve from this scrimmage because Westfall comes to Kile field for a game like scrimmage.
Westfall was the best looking team at the 7 on 7 a few weeks ago and I can't wait to see the whole team in action, especially against the
"Young Gunz" of WJ.
This should get them well prepared for the Burg in 2 weeks when the Burg returns 6 on each side of the ball and will be a much better team then last season.
