Ok do coaches think refs give the home team an advantage in any way?
I know after talking to many of fans we definitely feel they do.
(I know we, as fans are wrong more times then not)

Good question. I think there are coaches that will tell you there are "certain" schools that they feel get a home field advantage but I don't think it's always the case across the board. There are some teams that are simply out-matched/out-manned and no amount of "home cooking" is going to help them. In close games against teams with similar talent though no doubt refs can affect the outcome.

i think it is about reputations more then match-ups or where game is played, seems most crews have feelings and opinions in regards to every school, human nature

I think it depends how it is approached...being at home could be a little more lax but imo you find out who the true players are when on the road due to the numerous distractions/changes made to the environment...good test of team focus is performing in a hostile unfamiliar environment..imo

Officials are human and to think that they are totally bias is a joke. I agree with Junior about the "reputations" teams/programs can get.
