Madonna 11-Letterman Thats what Coaching (Kramer) does to have and keep a successful program! He plays his younger kids to get experience. Our coach Plays his younger kids on the bench to get splinters! Then we all complain about our soft players with no talent! Thats what a coach is for, to work these kids and make them tougher, not to just put them down and blame them for his inability to coach! Our program is a mess, is it the kids, or the Coach. YOU DECIDE?????
