Bowling Green locks up two Ohio receivers

Bowling Green has made a push to solidify its skill position needs in the 2010 recruiting class getting verbal commitments from receivers Heath Jackson of Ada and Nick McKnight of Middletown.  

Jackson had 74 receptions for 1,068 yards and 10 touchdowns as a junior and is off to a solid start this season for Ada (2-0) with 23 catches for 273 yards and three touchdowns.

Rated No. 105 in the Ohio High Top 150, Jackson also had offers to Central Michigan, Ohio and Toledo. 

McKnight was the fifth leading receiver in the Greater Miami Conference last season with 34 catches for 681 yards and seven touchdowns. Through two games this season, he has three catches for 130 yards and two touchdowns for Middletown (2-0).

McKnight, ranked No. 121 in the Ohio High Top 150, also had offers to Ohio, Kent State, Air Force and Ball State.
