Ohio North-South Classic continues remarkable run in Super Bowl XLVIII


Today is the 48th rendition of the NFL’s Super Bowl. Question: How many Super Bowls have had at least one Ohio HS North-South Classic alumnus in them? The answer is shocking. The nation’s longest HS all-star game has produced astonishing results on the sports grandest stage.

When the Seattle Seahwaks and Denver Broncos kickoff Super Bowl XLVIII today it will mark the 46th time in 48 games that at least one Ohio High School Football Coaches Association North-South Classic veteran has held at least one roster spot in the Super Bowl. 96-percent is amazing.

The only two Super Bowls with no Ohio North-South Classic Alumni? II and XXXII.
