Thanksgiving is a time to celebrate everything we’re thankful for: Family, Friends, Blessings and more. In Ohio, that “more” often includes high school sports. Few states loves their student-athletes more than Ohio, and few communities rally around athletics like those in the Buckeye State. Another rarity? A weekend of this magnitude. Food isn’t the only thing there is going to be an overload of the next few days. Ohio HS sports will provide an avalanche too.
The menu? Football contests its Final Fours, Boys Basketball begins its regular season, Wrestling begins it’s regular season and Girls Basketball starts its second week. Home run.
Here’s everything you (and your family) need to know this Thanksgiving Weekend to be smarter than anyone else at the dinner table (or local establishment). We’re you’re high school sports headquarters over the Holidays and we also wish you and yours a great break! Be safe and have fun.
