After going just 2-8 in 2011, the Oaks earned the program’s third
playoff berth in four years last season. Back from that team is senior
DE/TE Justin Dickens (6-5, 200) who was the SOC-I Lineman of the Year
last season. Other key returners are seniors Mason Waugh (LB/G, 5’9,
190),  Garrin Stiltner (SS/RB, 5’9, 185), Josh Williams (DT/RB, 5’6,
145) and Brandon Adkins (DT/T, 5’8, 275); juniors Johnathon Harrison
(CB/W, 5’8, 145) and Griffen Jenkins (NG/T, 5’9, 285); and sophomores
Willy Harris (FS/RB, 5’10, 150) and  Matt Gilliland (LB/FB,5’10, 200).
The schedule is the same as last year. “After a conference title and a
playoff win, we must replace a strong senior class that led us on and
off the field,” head coach Nathan Dugan said. “I’m very interested to
see how some of the younger players develop. We had freshmen and
sophomores who played last season and performed very well, in addition
to having a 7-1 junior varsity team. We look to be a more balanced team
this season as opposed to the run dominance of last year.”

*Old Washington Buckeye Trail (4-6):
Junior QB Morgan Dougherty (6-1, 180) returns after being first team 3A
All-OVAC last season. Senior OL/DL Cory Cutlip (6-1, 265) anchors the

*Stewart Federal Hocking (6-4):
The Lancers will lean on returning All-TVC Hocking Division selections
and seniors Delbert Crum (RB/LB) and Peyton Seel (LB/RB).

*West Lafayette Ridgewood (6-4): The Generals return senior RB/DB Garrett Bethel (5-9, 180) who had 762 yards and 11 TDs last season. He also made 78 tackles.
