The Power Polls…continue. JJHuddle’s immensely popular state football
rankings return today with the release of the Division III Week 8 poll. A reminder, JJHuddle is proud to announce that the Ohio National Guard has

We will release the remaining Ohio National Guard & JJHuddle Power Polls today and tomorrow.

1. Alter (7-0-1/AP Poll: 2)
Last Week: The Knights outgainned Carroll 436-135 in total yards en route to a 48-0 shutout win. Senior QB Mailk Zaire threw two TD passes to Ben Suttman and ran for another score.

2. Marlington (8-0/AP Poll: 1)
Last Week: Senior RB Dymonte Thomas scored both Marlington TDs and the Dukes defense shutdown a Canton South offense that was averaging 31 points per game in a 14-0 shutout win. Thomas finished with 143 yards on 32 carries.

3. Dayton Thurgood Marshall (7-1/AP Poll: 5)
Last Week: RB Deangelo Worthy ran for four TDs and scored three 2-point conversions as the Cougars beat Dayton Belmont 64-0.

4. Chagrin Falls (7-1/AP Poll: 4)
Last Week: The Tigers rallied from a 7-point fourth quarter deficit with three TDs in the final 8:42 to post a 30-16 win over West Geauga. Senior QB Tommy Iammarino threw for 238 yards and two TDs., including one to RB Bradley Munday who also ran for two scores.

Last Week:
QB Clayton Uecker threw for three TDs and RB Parris Campbell Jr. scored three TDs as the Irish beat Barberton 56-7.

6. Bellevue (7-1/AP Poll: 9)
Last Week: Senior QB Jalen Santoro ran for 325 yards and six TDs on 30 carries in a 48-21 win over previously unbeaten Norwalk. Bellevue rushed for nearly 500 yards.

7. Watterson (5-3/AP Poll: NR)
Last Week: QB Andy Elberson ran fro two TDs and threw for another as the Eagles beat Columbus DeSales 24-21 in triple-OT. Michael Harper’s 22-yard field goal was the game-winner.

Last Week: A 20-yard TD pass from Austin Schimmoeller to Sean Culler with four seconds left was the difference as the Golden Bears beat Liberty Center 14-7.

Last Week: Big Red rallied from a 14-6 halftime hole to beat Morgantown 20-14. Steubenville made a key defensive stop at its 6-yardline with two minutes left to seal the win. RB Dashon Redmond led Big Red with 180 yards and two TDs on 29 carries.
