DIVISION V WEEK 8 RANKINGS

1. Coldwater (7-0/AP Poll: 1)
Last Week: A 56-yard TD pass from Austin Bruns to Josh Huber was the only score as the Cavs survived Anna 7-0. The win was Coldwater’s 500th as a program.

2. Kirtland (7-0/AP Poll: 2)
Last Week: Senior RB Damon Washington scored five TDs and ran for 184 yards on just eight carries in a 64-20 win over Fairport Harding.

3. Lima Central Catholic (7-0/AP Poll: 3)
Last Week: The T-Birds forced four turnovers and held previously unbeaten Columbus Ready to 159 total yards in a 31-13 win.

4. Youngstown Ursuline (4-3/AP Poll: NR)
Last Week: The Irish scored on their first four possessions en route to a 24-0 halftime lead and eventual 31-7 win over Steubenville. RB Jermaine Williams ran for two TDs and threw for another.

5. Northwood (7-0/AP Poll: 6)
Last Week: The Rangers forced five turnovers and limited Lakeside Danbury to 78 total yards in a 59-0 shutout. RB Domonik Bernejo ran for two TDs and caught another.

6. Sugarcreek Garaway (7-0/AP Poll: 5)
Last Week: Senior QB Tyler Walter threw for 298 yards and four TDs as the Pirates rolled up 442 total yards in a 56-20 win over Sandy Valley. Cody Mullet returned the opening kickoff 79 yards for a TD and also added an interception.

7. Wheelersburg (6-1/AP Poll: NR)
Last Week: Junior QB Eddie Miller threw for 285 yards and four TDs and ran for another score as the Pirates beat Waverly 48-26. Wheelersburg had 507 yards of offense. WR Tyler Claxon caught 10 passes for 217 yards and three TDs.

8. Louisville St. Thomas Aquinas (6-1/AP Poll: 9)
Last Week:
A 66-yard fourth quarter TD pass from sophomore QB Anthony Moeglin to senior WR Richard Zeren was the difference as the Knights beat Akron Garfield 27-20.

Last Week:
Harvest Prep cut the Rough Riders lead to 28-21 with a minute to go in the first half, but WJ responded when QB Seth Casto scored with eight seconds to go in the second quarter to regain momentum and propel WJ to a 53-21 win.

Last Week: Patriots had a 28-13 lead with less than six minutes to go before losing 32-28 to Bryan. PH failed to recover two onside kicks in the final 5:09.
