The Power Polls…continue. JJHuddle’s immensely popular state football rankings return today with the release of the Division I Week 2 poll. A reminder, JJHuddle is proud to announce that the Ohio National Guard has become the presenting sponsor of the 2012 rankings.

We will release the remaining Ohio National Guard & JJHuddle Power Polls today and tomorrow.

New polls will be unveiled on site every week during the season.

DIVISION I WEEK 5 RANKINGS

1. Moeller (4-0)
Last Week: RB Keith Watkins ran for 104 yards and teo TDs and QB Spencer Icavone threw for a TD and ran for another as the Crusaders beat Louisville St. Xavier 34-27.

2. Cleveland St. Ignatius (4-0)
Last Week: The Wildcats scored 28 first quarter points en route to a 40-0 shutout win over Strong Vincent (Pa.).

3. Colerain (4-0)
Last Week:
The Cardinals racked up 537 yards of offense and scored two defensive TDs in a 55-0 shutout win over Princeton.

4. Lakewood St. Edward (4-0)
Last Week: Senior QB Ryan Fallon threw three TD passes and ran for another TD and the Eagles defense intercepted four passes in a 42-28 win over Cincinnati Elder. It’s St. Ed’s third straight win over the Panthers and evens the series 5-5.

5.  Findlay (4-0)
Last Week: Senior RB Vance Settlemire scored four TDs and set school records for career rushing TDs (29) and career TDs (32) in the process as the Trojans beat Lima Senior 68-14. Findlay led 51-0 at halftime.

6. Pickerington North (4-0)
Last Week: The Panthers racked up 498 yards and allowed just 114 in a 56-0 win over Newark. QB Mason Olszewski threw for two TDs and ran for one more.

7. Dublin Coffman (4-0)
Last Week: A crowd of nearly 7,500 watched as the Rocks beat Hilliard Davidson 33-10. Coffman was just 2-8 against the Wildcats in the previous 10 meetings. A 20-point third quarter helped blow the doors open.

8. Mentor (3-1)
Last Week: The Cardinals beat Mayfield 45-14 in part to two rushing TDs and a TD reception from WR Cole Krizancic. Mentor rolled up 498 yards of offense.

9. Cincinnati St. Xavier (2-2)
Last Week: The Bombers allowed the winning TD on a 3-yard run with 29 seconds left in a 14-13 loss at nationally ranked Louisville Trinity. St. X had the ball inside the Trinity 20-yardline three times in the second half and scored just six points. The Bombers had a first-and-goal at the 2-yardline and were unable to convert.

Last Week: QB Matt Futkos threw for a TD and ran for another as the Falcons built a 28-0 halftime lead en route to a 45-0 win over Barberton.
