DIVISION VI WEEK 3 RANKINGS

1. Marion Local (2-0)
Last Week: Junior QB Adam Bertke threw for 256 yards and two TDs and ran for 110 yards and three TDs as the Flyers survived a shootout at West Jefferson 44-37.

2. Minster (2-0)
Last Week: Senior QB Adam Niemeyer set two school records with his 94-yard TD pass to Troy Kauffman in the Wildcats 46-7 win over Lehman Catholic. The play was the longest pass from scrimmage in Minster history and propelled Niemeyer into first place on the Wildcats all-time career yardage list. Niemeyer threw four TD passes in the first quarter and ran for two TDs in the second.

3. Delphos St. John’s (1-1)
Last Week: Junior RB Tyler Jettinghoff went for 282 yards and four TDs on 22 carries in a 51-0 win over Port Clinton. The Blue Jays had 432 yards rushing.

4.  Ada (2-0)
Last Week: The Bulldogs shutout Spencerville 35-0. Led by QB Mason Acheson (20-of-27, 310 yards, four TDs, three INTs), Ada tallied 482 yards of offense.

5. McComb (2-0)
Last Week:
Senior RB Jerry Brown scored TDs running, receiving and passing in the first quarter as the Panthers beat Van Buren 43-6. Brown ran 12 yards for a score, caught an 11-yard TD pass and threw for a 24-yard TD. QB Dalton Buck had a big game by throwing for 296 yards and two TDs.

6. Malvern (2-0)
Last Week: The Hornets trailed 3-0 after the first quarter but did the rest of the scoring in a 20-3 win over Berlin Center Western Reserve. RB Cobin Plessinger ran for 137 yards and a TD on 29 carries.

7. Shadyside (2-0)
Last Week: The Tigers committed four first half turnovers and still led Monroe Central 35-7 at halftime. That was also the final score. Senior QB Chase Kinemond threw for three TDs and ran for another.

8. Symmes Valley (2-0)
Last Week: After blowing open a 14-14 game with 33-second quarter points, the Vikings rolled Chillicothe Southeastern 67-32. SV ran for 530 yards. RB Alec Harrell had 153 yards and two TDs, while Tyler Rowe had 114 yards and three TDs. Each carried the ball just six times.

Last Week: The Redskins defense forced four turnovers and RB Delaunte Thornton ran for 187 yards and four TDs on 18 carries as Loramie beat New Bremen 34-21.

Last Week: The Wildcats racked up 438 yards of offense in a 42-26 win over Smithville. Senior RB Gary Strain ran for two TDs and caught two more.
