rankings return today with the release of the Division I Week 2 poll. A reminder, JJHuddle is proud to announce that the Ohio National Guard has
become the presenting sponsor
of the 2012 rankings.

We will release the remaining Ohio National Guard & JJHuddle Power Polls today and tomorrow.

DIVISION II WEEK 2 RANKINGS

1. Trotwood-Madison (1-0)
Last Week: Rams didn’t get glaring reviews in their opener – a convincing 33-14 loss to University School (Fla.) in the Skyline Chili Crosstown Showdown. Worst part was a national TV audience was watching.  Time to refocus, and settle some things at QB and on defense. This is still an extremely talented football team.

2. Toledo Central Catholic (1-0)
Last Week: The Irish ran over Holland Springfield 66-14. TCC racked up 404 yards rushing and allowed 11.

Last Week:

Led by senior RB/LB Zach Quinn (121 yards rushing, three TDs,  two sacks and a blocked PAT) the Greenmen outlasted Twinsburg 29-23.

Last Week: Senior QB Tra Chapman completed 22-for-39 passes for 439 yards and two TDs in a 36-17 win over Hoban. He also ran 19 times for 75 yards and two TDs.

5. Tiffin Columbian (1-0)
Last Week: Big plays? The Tornados turned in plenty in a 27-7 win over Clyde. Columbian scored on TD runs of 84 and 65 yards, a 77-yard kickoff return and a 45-yard interception return.

Last Week: Beat Brookhaven 20-14. Senior Joe Alverson clinched the win with his interception on the 2-yardline with 15 seconds left. Whew.
