ThisWeek News is proud to announce a partnership with JJHuddle.com for the 2012 high school football season.

Throughout the season, ThisWeek and JJHuddle will share content to
provide fans in central Ohio the best and most in-depth coverage of high
school football. Everything from previews, Friday night scores, recaps,
game predictions, polls, columns, feature and trend stories will be
updated daily at ThisWeekNews.com/FridayNightLive and JJHuddle.com.

“I think the current media climate demands that you adapt or disappear
and we look at this partnership as a step forward,” JJHuddle.com’s
managing editor Eric Frantz said. “In my opinion, digital and
traditional media need to find ways to work together more often. This
content and site sharing is a win-win for everyone including the
athletes, fans, schools and communities.”

Since 1999, JJ Huddle has been the source for high school sports. Frantz
has covered high school sports for the past 14 years after graduating
from Ashland University in 1998. He also writes regularly for the OSU
Alumni Magazine, MaxPreps.com and is the analyst on ESPN Radio 1410 WING
AM’s Games of the Week. Frantz also serves on the OHSAA Media Advisory
Committee and is an officer in the Ohio Prep Sports Writers Association.

In 2007, ThisWeek debuted Friday Night Live, providing the most in-depth
coverage of central Ohio high school football. The highlight of the
site is the game coverage in which ThisWeek staffs 15-20 games each
Friday.

“We’re very proud of what we’ve done with Friday Night Live over the
past five seasons,” said Lee Cochran, managing editor of sports and
photo at ThisWeek News. “Now, to partner with JJHuddle.com, it only
bolsters Friday Night Live and what we can provide the central Ohio high
school football fans. Everyone wins.”

The football season may not begin until Friday, Aug. 24, but ThisWeek’s
Friday Night Live and JJHuddle.com are committed to bringing you a
constant stream of high school football news, notes and analysis. The
partnership does not end with football season. It is expected to extend
into the winter and spring sports seasons.

“It’s going to be a big fall at JJHuddle,” Frantz said. “We have several
new features we plan to unveil and promote and we’re happy ThisWeek
will be able to help us do that. It’s an exciting time.”

“We have a very, very large following in central Ohio. Being able to
bring them more region-specific content in all sports was a desire and
is a plus.”
